The luxury motoryacht MANTA is the only vessel of this size and caliber in Charleston offering private cruises. We can accommodate special events such as a wedding or rehearsal dinner, engagement party, bachelor or bachelorette party, birthday, anniversary, poker or casino night, corporate events and meetings, or just a special sunset cruise or dinner or among friends or family. Regardless of the occasion the M/Y MANTA will give a special person or group an experience they will remember forever. Nothing feels quite like cruising around the harbor surveying the surroundings boats and scenery from the deck of your own private megayacht. We can customize your experience to suite your preferences. You can select from the variety of experiences we offer, including Fine Dining with a Private Chef, Custom Cruises, or Dockside Events. Cruises can be scheduled during the day, sunset, or evening, and are billed by the hour.

By-The-Head Cruises

Join us and other like-minded yachties for our regularly scheduled three hour harbor cruises. Limited to 12 passengers, get an intimate experience you won’t get on other boats.

Dockside Events

Want to use M/Y MANTA for a special occasion or as a venue but don’t want the commitment of a harbor cruise? Reserving the boat for a dockside event is the choice for you.

Custom Private Yacht Charters

M/Y MANTA has the ability to take passengers on lovely, intimate private charters. We are able to cater to your wishes, and we always love to hear what ideas our patrons come up with. We have the capacity to take 12 people on a lovely cruise of the harbor tailored to your desires. For a minimum of three hours, we can take you out on the water for a lovely midday cruise or to watch a gorgeous lowcountry sunset from the water. From birthdays to bachelor and bachelorette parties, and anything in between, it’s our pleasure to welcome you aboard.

With the ability to sleep guests in comfort, we can welcome guests to spend the night on M/Y MANTA. Whether mooring outside of Shem Creek for a night or motoring for a few days to Beaufort or Hilton Head, sleeping on the water is an experience all to its own.

Historical Landmarks

See historical Charleston from the water, and take a look at waterbound historical sites like Fort Sumter and Castle Pinckney. Our captain and crew are also well-versed in the history of the area, and are happy to answer any questions.

Natural Beauty

Watch dolphins play in the bow-wave as the sun sets over the Holy City. As an estuarine environment, Charleston plays host to abundant marine life, which our captain and crew will happily point out and explain during the cruise.

Dockside Events

Economy and Flexibility

With more economical rates, dockside events can cater to a wider clientele and still provide the luxury yacht experience. Also, they have the flexibility to have guests who might have rolling arrival times or those who want departure times to be at the whim of the guests.

Location, Location, Location

Our slip is a short drive into downtown Charleston and as such could be the platform for a nice dinner before a night on the town. We also can boast beautiful sunsets over the city skyline right outside of the main salon, where we have 270° panoramic windows.

A Tranquil & More Stable Setting

Is your event more complicated or do you want to set up some external decor? Dockside events provide that stable platform and shelter from windy conditions that would blow away your beautiful decorations. As a bonus, those who may get seasick won’t need to worry about packing the Dramamine.
